How quickly will I hear back?
A real person reviews every message. Most inquiries receive a response within 2 to 4 business hours during weekdays. Urgent freight requests are prioritized — if you need a truck today, say so in your message and we will expedite.
What information do I need for a quote?
Origin and destination cities, approximate weight, commodity type, and your preferred pickup date. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the quote. If you are not sure about freight class or dimensions, we can help figure that out.
Do you handle international shipments?
Yes. We coordinate cross-border freight across Canada, the US, and Mexico — including customs brokerage, CUSMA documentation, and bonded carrier arrangements. For ocean and air freight, we work with vetted forwarding partners worldwide.
What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area is North America — Canada, the United States, and Mexico. We handle domestic freight within each country and cross-border moves between all three. For international ocean and air shipments, we coordinate globally through our forwarding network.
How do I join the carrier network?
Visit our Carriers page and fill out the carrier application with your MC number, DOT number, and insurance information. Most approvals are completed within 48 hours.
